These terms cover all of our websites, including alignedsociety.co, and everything we offer: the Unhooked course, memberships and subscriptions, coaching, accountability and setup calls, and our apps. Our products are digital programs and services. The price, and whether it is a one-time payment or a subscription, is shown before you pay. Unhooked is a self-paced video course sold as a one-time payment: after checkout you get immediate access plus an email link for later access. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal link in your receipts or by emailing us, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Unhooked comes with a lifetime, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Other products follow the refund terms shown at purchase. To request a refund, email support@alignedsociety.co from your purchase email address. We process refunds to the original payment method promptly.
Your purchase is a personal, single-user license. Keep your account and sign-in links private. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our videos, materials, or access links. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, or chargeback fraud.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scaling Adventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our sites and products after changes means you accept them.
